That's right. This one is called, it's okay to not be okay. That's right.

It's okay to not be okay. Now listen, I was going to talk about something else this week.

I just got back from a trip to France where I got to see and be a part of the breaking four attempt by the great faith Kip Yegan.

And that's what I was going to talk about.

I was going to talk about that, what it means for the sport, what I thought went great,

what I thought could have been improved upon.

I was going to tell you about what it was like to be in the crowd, the vibes, the whole thing,

but that's not what I'm going to talk about because I keep getting messages from everybody

saying they're having a hard time running with, as they put it, the world falling apart,

everything going wrong, being frustrated and pissed off with what's going on right now,

all of these different things. So you know what?

I said, we'll talk about breaking force some other time because it sounds like people are breaking

...
