earlier about somebody asked me what's the best way to approach my partner with a difficult

conversation and I made a video around, you know, sometimes like different people have different

communication styles and that some people respond really well when you just

like bring something to them and just say, hey I want to talk about this thing.

Right. Some people need a little bit of buff to them and just say, hey I want to talk about this thing.

Some people need a little bit of buffer, so hey, I want to have a conversation with you about

something, you know, do you think tonight after work would be a good time and kind of let that person digest it and say like no

actually no like what about tomorrow morning or whatever right like actually tell you when they're

ready not meaning they can stretch it out for weeks, but like give you a heads up.
