1:05.0 | Well, I mean, I'm not going to get too woo-woo on the fact that we're coming off of this like really, really blood moon full moon lunar eclipse in |
1:16.3 | Scorpio which has everybody drained and also created as part of the reason why our toddler didn't sleep last night. |
1:25.2 | But waking up this morning, well, did I ever actually sleep? I don't know. |
1:30.7 | And realizing that today was not going to be a super productive day. |

1:38.5 | I could either beat myself up for that and power through and force myself to be like quote unquote productive or I could embrace it |
1:49.4 | acknowledge like okay this is what it is today you You're going to be tired and you're going to do what feels |

1:59.6 | And tomorrow's another day. Like that was what Reese said I guess was for day. Like that was what reset I guess was for me. So for me |
2:07.2 | reset meant checking in with my body, realizing that I was sore. |
2:14.7 | I usually work out every Monday, but today I decided not to work out. |
