I want to talk to all of you. So call me right now. It's 844-305. Andy, that's 844-305-2639. Good morning, everybody. Happy Monday. It is the last week before summer

of outside. And I was texting Lauren this morning and I said, Lauren, I'm determined to have a good

week. And she said, I feel you. Let's just get all the bad vibes out this week. And then Friday,

summer of outside. And it's's Drake week we get Drake's new

album so I'm very excited sometimes you really have to pull yourself up by your bootstraps as my

mom would say and just say we're going to have a good week I've been feeling blue the last couple

weeks you guys I think I mentioned it on Instagram last week. I just have,

you know what? Sometimes there's no rhyme or reason and I'm the type of person who always

likes to explain things away. And sometimes you just got a case of the blues. But that's okay.

We're turning it around. I went to Nashville over the weekend. Thank you everybody for all the

recommendations you gave. I sometimes on these short trips, I get so overwhelmed because I have a list as long as my arm of good food to try in Nashville.

So what I always try to do is pick one category and just go to one or two in that category.

And usually the category is coffee because, you know, as a cafe owner myself, I do like to sample the local coffees.

So I went to Kremah on Saturday and I went to Cafe Babu.

I think it's called on Sunday.

Both phenomenal, really good coffee.

So thanks for those wrecks for everybody who gave them to me.

Everybody in Nashville was super, super nice.

I ended up going to Craigs for dinner

on Saturday. Yeah, they open one there. It's absolutely beautiful, stunning space. And it was just

so good. And I got to meet some of the people who worked there and they said, oh, are you tanks? I've sold

so many of your Sundays. Do they have the tink Sunday there? Yeah, they do.
