we have a week centered around joy here on the show. So we've talked about things that

make us feel joyful consistently, the things that we can reach for that

bring us joy in the day today. And what I want to take some time to contemplate today is

the things that make us feel like we're actually worthy of joy. And this includes unpacking

the things that are in the way. So the things that make us feel like we're not worthy of joy.

As adults, we have, many of us anyway, have a little bit of a hard time allowing ourselves to fully receive joy and play if it doesn't first come with a condition.

Meaning, we often think we have to first climb that really heavy mountain and do that really hard thing or complete that really difficult

project after we've climbed the mountain, then we get to enjoy the magic of skiing downhill.

We first have to take everything off of our to-do list,
