| 0:54.0 | Hi, I'm Andy and welcome to Radio Headspace and to Tuesday morning. |
| 1:00.0 | I was chatting with a friend and he'd been in our meeting and he said, |
| 1:04.0 | oh you know, this happened in the meeting and this person said this and I just so much wish I said this. |
| 1:12.0 | It wasn't anything rude. It was just in retrospect he'd gone away and you know he thought of the perfect comeback or he thought of the perfect kind of line. |
| 1:20.0 | I feel like that happens quite a lot in life. I don't know if that happens to you but he was saying that he couldn't quite understand why he was continuing to obsess. |

| 2:26.0 | ah, if only I had done that in that moment, if only I thought of doing this. It's the same thing. We're looking back, wishing that we had done something different, thinking that we could have won in some way. |
| 2:40.0 | And when we think about conversation, when we think about communication, my hope is that there isn't too much thought going into winning. |
| 2:49.0 | Clearly our communication with others is open, is free, we are interested in what others have to say. And we're okay with not having the last word in letting someone else have that. |
