This is a series, I on the world. I'm John Bachelor. I welcome Bob Zimmerman. He keeps the website behind the black. We're headed to Boca Chico, Texas, the home of SpaceX looking for the next Starship super-heavy launch. At the same time there's

word about the National Labor Relations Board. That doesn't sound very rocket friendly Bob. Good evening to you.

Good evening. No, it's not rocket friendly at all. The NLRB, the National Labor Relations Board, has a bunch of two I think different cases it's suing

SpaceX for various labor violations and one of those cases they actually

expressly involved trouble making it space

that wrote a letter to the press complaining about space x is operations in a way

that was violating its work agreements with the employees.

SpaceX terminated those people.

So they then went to NRRB and that, and it put forth the case against SpaceX SpaceX so did not immediately respond to the

specifics of the cases instead SpaceX sued theR-B and stating its existence violates the Constitution.

It prevents SpaceX from getting a jury trial, the nature in which NLRB board members

and judges cannot be removed violates the Constitution as well.

This is a case, this is a argument that SpaceX is not alone at.

Amazon, Starbucks, and Trader Joe's have recently asserted similar claims against

the NLRB. Now a lot of people didn't take that SpaceX's argument very seriously initially, but in one

of the cases against SpaceX, the Federal Fifth Court of Appeals suspended the case so that the larger legal issue of the

existence of the N. R. B. could be addressed. And so what the N. L. R. B now has

done is it suspended its other case against SpaceX so that once again, the larger legal issues of the NRRB can be addressed in court.

What this means on a much greater issue than just simply the law fair against SpaceX

has been going on since the Biden administration took over.

This has more, this now becomes an issue of whether

or not the National Labor Relations Board is even legal and it's going to be decided in the
