The Islamic State in Africa strikes in Western Uganda a stark headline

I follow the reporting.

Over the last week, the Islamic State through its Central Africa province,

known locally as the Allied Democratic Forces, or ADF, has conducted

and officially claimed two ambushes against civilians in Western Uganda.

These two attacks represent the third and fourth Islamic State attacks in Uganda since

December 22 and indicate that the group is attempting to establish or re-establish a sustained

presence in Western Uganda for the first time since 2007.

I welcome Bill Rajo and Caleb Weiss to comment on this surprising event.

Caleb, I started with you because when I saw the news flash,

I saw that it was a safari vehicle.

That's high-end tourism.

That's something that needs to be guaranteed in order for it to continue.

Is this a blow to the tourism industry? Do they have a way of repairing this?
