And we'll get started with today's walk in just a moment.

Here in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, the skies are, I would say, partly cloudy, but the clouds right now are thin enough, and there's some blue sky. The clouds right now are thin enough that even though they're in front of the sun,

it still feels brighter rather than gray.

So maybe the optimist in me should say it's partly sunny

because I'm feeling more of the sunshine than I am feeling of the gray clouds.

Now if I correctly interpreted the forecast for today, these clouds are eventually going to thicken, the wind is expected to pick up, and we may be getting some rain.

or even every day? I would contend that most of us, our answer would fall in one of three

So losing weight is probably a very common motivation, reason for starting a walking habit.

Changing your health, maybe changing it right now, maybe changing it in the future, an investment in the future you.

You want to have the strength and the endurance to keep up with family members when they go
