| 1:08.2 | For most of my professional life, I was in morning radio. And that meant that I had to wake up |

| 1:22.4 | though, between 3.30 and 4 is when I was waking up. And most of those mornings, believe it or not, |
| 1:28.8 | I would wake up before the alarm. I think maybe on average, one, maybe two days a week, |
| 1:38.2 | the alarm would wake me up. But most often I was opening my eyes and looking at the clock before that alarm went off. |
| 1:48.7 | Sometimes, sometimes only like a minute or two before it would go off. |

| 1:55.1 | So for most of my life, I have been getting up early, and I love the mornings. |
