| 0:54.5 | But here is today's comment, and this is from Scott. |
| 1:00.5 | Scott writes, I'm 53 and I've always been a runner. |
| 1:03.5 | Mistakenly, I thought walking was inferior to running. |

| 1:10.5 | I started walking with my wife and running less. My body feels better, |
| 1:17.2 | and I've really enjoyed walking. I still run, but I've cut down on that activity and walked more |
| 1:24.3 | along with adding strength training into my fitness. Scott, appreciate the |
| 1:29.4 | comment, appreciate your vulnerability and honesty about how you had viewed walking. |
| 1:36.7 | And that's what I want to talk about. This idea that walking is inferior and why, and I don't think Scott is the only one. |
