| 0:18.0 | Is it time to reconsider your walk when our 10-minute walk starts right after this? |
| 0:28.6 | So when someone asks you the question, how much do you walk? How do you answer that? |
| 0:35.6 | There are basically three ways to answer this question, |
| 0:40.3 | and most of us will answer it with one of these three answers. We will say, well, I walk |
| 0:50.3 | 5,000 steps a day, or 10,000 steps a day. 10,000 steps a day. |
| 0:55.0 | Essentially, we're giving them our daily step count. |
| 0:59.0 | So that's number one. |
| 1:01.0 | Number two would be I walk three miles a day, |
| 1:07.0 | or four miles a day, or one mile a day or in the same vein I walk around the block |
| 1:17.1 | do that three times a day or I walk to the dentist office and back which is |
| 1:23.3 | actually something that Dave and I do so So you're measuring it by distance. |
| 1:29.6 | And then number three is, well, I walk 10 minutes a day. |
| 1:33.9 | Listen to this great podcast. |
| 1:35.7 | Go out for a 10 minute walk every day. |
| 1:37.9 | Or I do a half hour a day. |
| 1:39.8 | Or I take a 20 minute walk in the morning, 20 minute walk in the middle of the day |
| 1:44.0 | and a 20 minute walk when I get home from work |
