doing, we see how others look. We see how strong

others are. We know the exercises that they do, the activities that they pursue, that they love.

And so we wonder, am I doing enough? Is this good enough?

We have to answer other people's questions. Maybe someone who actually has been pursuing fitness for a long time.

And you get into a conversation and they minimize it's kind of rude but they somehow minimize
