Today's 10 minute walk is helping you stay fitness consistent.

Let's go for a walk.

Two seconds before I pushed record, walking along some trees, a grove of trees.

And the chorus of bugs was really loud.

You know how if you've ever experienced bugs or you're

familiar with bugs, the sound grows loud and then it quiets and then grows loud and quiets. I'm walking

in an area where the bugs are noticeable and it was loud like right before I pushed record.

the early strains of daylight, and it is beautiful. And I hope where

you're walking is also beautiful today. I want to talk about motivation. And particularly the feeling

that I've lost my motivation, or I'm losing my motivation, or my motivation is waning and some capacity

that motivation is less than it used to be, you're aware of that and it's having an impact.

It's having an impact on your fitness journey. Maybe you're even struggling to keep that commitment, to keep that

promise to walk consistently or every day. And so we rely on this motivation to get moving, to stay

moving, and when we're highly motivated and we're feeling that intensely,

fitness can actually be fun.
