Today's 10-minute walk is helping you stay fitness consistent, so let's go for a walk.

Let's first define our terms by walking. We're talking about walking that has some intentionality and some intensity the

walking that we do casually that is functional walking to get from point A to

point B going from the living room into the bedroom you're going from the house into work, you're walking

through the store, looking for a particular item. Movement is good, according to the research,

but that's not the type of walking that we're talking about. We're talking about an intentional walk.
