I think today's walk is going to be a little louder, a little noisier, in a good way than most walks.

I talk often about the benefits of walking. There are long-term benefits, there are short-term in-the-now benefits to taking a walk.

The research indicates that walking with some intensity, if we're consistent about walking, we can lower the risk of an early death.
