Like everyone else, we have been focusing a great deal on the events in the royal family.

But it's been hard to ignore something seismic that has been happening this weekend in Ukraine.

It is six months since the conflict started.

And whilst there was a huge amount of shock and concern at the start, I suspect

an awful lot of people have tuned out. Well, it seems now time to tune back in given astonishing

Ukrainian advances that took place in the Kharkiv region over the weekend.

Your minds like ours will have probably been on other major, massive news during the summer.

But if these names are now coming at you, if all the Ukraine news is coming at you and you just want to try and make sense of it,

we're going to do that for you today. We're going to hear from Gabriel Gatehouse, the most

phenomenal journalist broadcaster who's spent a lot of his time looking at Russia, Putin in particular,

and Ukraine. He's a Russian speaker. But before we do that, we'll hear this extraordinary speech. It is, it is really

quite a powerful bit of liturgy from President Zelensky who feels like he is on the cusp of

vindication. He said, do you still think that we are one people?

Do you still think that you can scare us, break us, make us make concessions?

You really didn't understand anything.

Don't understand who we are?

What are we for? What are we talking about? Lip-read. Without gas or without you?

Without you. Without light or without you? Without you. Without water or without you? Without you. Without food or without you.

Without you.

Cold, hunger, darkness and thirst are not as terrible and as deadly for us as your friendship and brotherhood.

But history will put everything in its place and we will be with gas, light, water and food, and without you.

It's powerful stuff, isn't it?
