A 22-year-old man has been charged after Prince Andrew was heckled during yesterday's procession down the Royal Mile. Police in Scotland had arrested him in connection with the breach of the peace. Now, if this sounds like me reading a new story, that's because exactly what I'm doing.

Because following charges being laid against this 22-year-old,

there is very limited discussion we can have because it's an active court case.

But the anger generated by some protests, not many, but some that have taken place across the country and the reaction by the police to them has led to quite a serious discussion and that's what we want to look at.
