Today's 10-minute walk is helping you stay fitness consistent, so let's go for a walk.

Saw a post on the Start Today Facebook group.

It was a while ago. I just made note of this.

She says, another fine morning, my ninth day in a row for a mile walk.

So I'm going to make the assumption that Shelley set a goal to walk a mile every day.
