bunch of them on Capitol Hill, which has been kind of fun. Let's talk about some news here. President Donald Trump says he has reached a trade deal

with China in his telling the agreement will have China begin buying soybeans and oil and gas for the

United States. Trump said China will also continue the flow of rare earth materials.

In exchange, Trump will cut tariffs on Chinese goods.

That is a big announcement in the early hours, Jake.

Yes, it is.

It's not the early hours in South Korea where Trump is, but it is a big announcement.

Nonetheless, as always, the devils and the details here,

so we'll have to see where,

we'll have to see what the actual agreement is and whether both sides agree that that's actually the deal.

But early signs is this is a very good thing for markets
