We're going to talk about the market cycle back then, the market cycle today. We're going to talk about the scalability, how we were able to scale, the mistakes we made. I want to really

have this conversation around multifamily because, as you know, we have daily therapy

I'm a little provocative right now.

I'm sexually frustrated.

Not in my personal life, but jokingly aside, I'm a little frustrated with the market because it's extremely stagnant.
