There are five cities right now that are seeing very big home price cuts,

and this is raising a lot of concern for people I think the message is ringing

loud and clear that it is starting to be a buyer's market not a seller's market

and so the question is nationwide should people be alarmed how alarmed should they be

is the housing market crashing? Is it going to crash? These are all questions that I think are really fair. I think questions that we all need to be asking. Whether you currently own a home or you're thinking about buying a home, it's all questions that we should be asking.

So where is the truth in all this? And what's the hidden message? What are the blatant messages?

What opportunities are out there? There is lots to cover here today, folks.

And as always, we cover the good news at the Hidden Lightness.

So it is good news, in my opinion.

The market, according to experts, is not crashing, and it's not going to crash.

Now, of course, anything could happen, but I think we learned a lot of lessons from the 2008 housing bubble crash, and a lot of us benefited from that. My wife and I are prime

examples. We kind of lucked out. It's not that we were really necessarily looking at the time,

but we were first time home buyers. And we were buying at a time when we didn't know that the market was crashing or had crashed.

And so it really was young, naive, dumb luck.

We just kind of fell into a really good deal.

The house that we bought is bought and paid for.

I am a big proponent of paying off mortgages as really aggressively and quickly as possible.

I'm not a fan of dragging that out for 30 years. Now they're talking about 50-year mortgages.

I just think that's a terrible, terrible idea. So, yeah, there are always good deals out there.
