Summary

We will learn: What happens to our brains on social media. How narcissism on social media affects relationships. How to spot narcissistic predators. Is Social Media turning you into a narcissist? The constant barrage of shallow rewards from social media rewires your brain to want more of that dopamine release, which leads to social media addiction. But here’s the thing, it’s not just that you become addicted to the app, you become addicted to yourself. Or the story of you that you’re putting out there. Our guest is Lena Derhally. She is a licensed psychotherapist in private practice. She is also the author of The Facebook Narcissist: How to Identify and Protect Yourself and Your Loved Ones from Social Media Narcissism.
