literally from day to day I don't know what the date is. I don't know if it's Monday, Thursday,

I'm going to be talking about clarity. Something that we can all use a little bit more of from

time to time, right? Or a lot of time, clarity. The decisions that we make, the choices we make, the

the experiences that we do or don't have, things we commit to. We need clarity about that, right?

Because a big part of self-care is not running on autopilot. When we run on autopilot we just allow

our feelings to kick into overdrive and you know sometimes making decisions based on feelings is

great. But a lot of times again if we're just running on autopilot and we're letting our feelings

dictate what we're going to do and what we ain't going to do, what we're not going to do, it can

put us in some sticky situations. I know you're feeling me. It can put us in some sticky situations

and some of those situations will have, what does they say in the movie? There's something in

little joke but I can't even remember what the line in the movie was. But those choices that we make,

just because you feel like this today don't mean it's how you're going to feel tomorrow after you've
