| 0:23.0 | On average, a person is sleeping two hours less when they're older versus when they're younger. |

| 0:31.0 | Ideally, you would want to get 7.5 to 8 hours of sleep. |
| 0:35.0 | And the question is, can you make it up with naps? |

| 0:40.0 | Now there's many additional things that can affect our quality of sleep. |
