| 0:26.0 | And it's interesting because the cucumber has 73 different phenolic compounds, |

| 0:35.0 | And another unique thing about cucumbers is they have certain phytonutrients |
| 0:39.0 | that are in cruciferous vegetables, but not in other vegetables except cucumbers. |

| 0:50.0 | They help stabilize your cholesterol by helping reduce LDL, increasing HDL, |
