You're welcome. What is your question for me today? Okay. So I want to talk about the

difference between self-love and narcissism and selfishness because I am a huge proponent of self-love.

And as I've learned about it and started to practice it, I felt really empowered and amazing. and it's so cool. But I am so blurry on

that line between, okay, but at what point am I just being selfish? You know what I mean? So it's

complicated to navigate because I want to have boundaries and I want to look after myself and I want

to, you know, practice self-care and self-love,

but I'm not always clear on how to still show up for others and put them first, you know,

when or if necessary. And yeah, yeah, I feel like self-love can sometimes come across as

selfish. And I would just love to explore some situations or reactions that,

you know, where self-love crosses that line and becomes selfishness or, you know,

how do I navigate that and figure out how to embrace self-love without being selfish?
