Stepping back to Mangione, I understand it's part of a bigger thing but you know it's essentially pretty

big deal um the the attack or the shooting or whatever you want to call it but I am I right

and understanding that you're working from the presumption that he's not guilty that he's

innocent or you have to still take that into account as he's not being, you know, tried or whatever.

So I come from it and I, you know, everything I write, everything I say publicly does come from the presumption of innocence.

And because that is, you know, Luigi Mangione's right.

None of these charges have been proven in court.

A lot of the evidence that has been leaked by the prosecution hasn't been proven to actually

be his. So none of these charges have been proven. He is still by law, innocent until proven guilty.

That's not the narrative that's going on in the press right now.

So when you say some of the stuff that's been leaked is not accurate or it doesn't apply,

what do you mean specifically?

Because the last time we spoke about this on this podcast,

everything was very fresh, very new.

The shooting had only been like, I think like a week old at that point.

But now there's other information, as I understand.

Can you just take us through it?

What is it that is either not accurate or the new information that contradicts things?
