I was totally single and I remember like having this wrestling in my mind of like okay like am I single because this is like my own fault and I'm just like literally hiding away and I'm not really like taking care of myself and guys just aren't interested or am I single because this is just the Lord's will for me you know that balance of like there are things we can do to be a more

attractive choice and a better option and someone that a guy would look at and say

hey I want that girl and we can do things that are like well maybe I'm going to go to the next

singles or are we single by like God's sovereignty and he has a specific plan

for us in this season and marriage just isn't that thing so that was

something I really had to wrestle through and I want to share more about that but I

have noticed this among single women where there can be a lot of complaining and

a lot of like I want to be married and I'm not and I sometimes

want to give like some really hard truth but I'm not sure if that woman can handle it and

so I figured what if today during

this podcast episode all of our single sisters Kristen and I have a very honest

heart to heart with you take it leave it get offended don't but I just

think some Christian sister honesty about potentially why you might be single and just really getting down to the

practical nitty gritties could be very helpful and maybe change your future and

you know we're not talking to you personally because we don't know who's

listening to this but if you hear this conversation today and you take it personally and you're like I that was hard but I needed that then you know it's for you

because I've heard the same thing from single women that I know you know know, just comments like, where are all the

godly guys and I'm thinking, well I know they're not like everywhere but I

can't think of a few you know I know some that you know running they even run in the same circles as you just

comments of like where are they why aren't people asking me out why am I not

dating and we're not here to say we know the exact reasons why. Like Bethany said there are like God's sovereignty in all of this, his plan, his timing. We're not trying to come in and say, okay, we're trying to manipulate everything to get what we want but at the same time

how do we hold these two realities hand-to-hand of like God-soverity timing
