Hey guys it's Kristen here and I have a conversation plan for you guys today that is going to be so good because it's something that so many of us as women struggle with something that I have struggled with and that is just health and exercise from a biblical viewpoint,

Lainie Greer, who has 20 years of experience as a personal trainer.

Yeah, so it's been a long journey.

I grew up loving to work out and so knew that I wanted to be like a personal trainer to some degree and

started doing that in high school. My church had a gym so I would

unofficially train very brave people before really getting any expertise there and I love it.

Yeah, so so got like a it was like a six month certification where it was a six-month certification where it was a personal training school actually so I

went and did that I finished a college degree kind of in between all that while I was

training and focused on exercise science.
