Welcome to Our Hen House. This is Marianne Sullivan. And this is Jasmine Singer. And on this week's show, Richel Mettah will be joining Jasmine. And Ruchathe will be joining Jasmine. And Ruchat works with vegan outreach in India. And there they are spreading awareness about veganism. A lot of their work

is in colleges. They have this 10 weeks to vegan program, but they're also working with businesses

and organizations to increase their vegan offerings and cafeterias. I think, you know, India really is on

fire. I mean, there's a history there of care for animals and organizations are really

stepping it up. It's kind of exciting. Yeah, I loved this interview. It was super interesting.
