How do we find balance and what are we actually looking for

when we talk about balance?

and more enjoyable, whether it's alcohol, restaurant meals, date nights, you know, all of that,

weekends, all the stuff that the things that you want to enjoy how do we make it happen while still pursuing our goals and you'll also learn about my the debauchery that took place in Miami this weekend

and why I'm doing this episode on three hours of sleep.
