That to me is the most awesome, one of the most awesome things about John Grimmig is that

he was a competitive bodybuilder and a

competitive weightlifter. As I like to say, back in the day, not only did the men look strong,

they were strong. This is extremely rare. It's definitely non-existent in today's world of bodybuilding,

So we get to listen to John Grimmick's train program as he got older, his nutrition,

and also professional wrestler Bob Backland.

Bob was also a collegiate wrestler and I believe a high school state champ from Iowa. His workouts were all bodyweight. It was extremely

impressive. And a friend of mine, Brian, who listens to this, is actually friends with Bob. And he

had sent me some videos a few years ago of Bob's home in, I think it was Connecticut, maybe

still Massachusetts. But he had the monkey bars,
