Today is Monday. It's April the 13th. It is 834 local time where I'm

sitting right now. I see you in the chat asking, does this podcast ever start on time?

I'm looking right at you. Yeah, it does. But not most days. Because it's just one guy,

trying to grab enough information, trying to grab

all the information and there's too much of it. There's just way too much information to grab.

And the weekend show like going into Monday morning is absolutely the worst for me because I'm trying

to sort out what actually even matters and what doesn't. What the hell's going on out there?

And for those of you that don't keep up with this stuff 24-7, there's such a deluge of three days worth of nonsense that come at us.

In the last three days, we've had the president of the United States pick a fight with the most maybe loud and influential voices that normal people will recognize as being on the

political right. And then he was like, that's not enough. I don't just want to go to war with

Alex Jones and Tucker Carlson and Candice Owens and Megan, Kelly, and Owen Troyer and whoever else might want to

hold on to principle. I don't

want to just go to war with Tom Massey.

I would like to also see if I can alienate

Catholics. Is that a possibility?

How about I pick a fight with the

Pope? Because
