Let's jump into your story, Ryan. Not everyone does what you do. You just left your career,

corporate career, and decided to go into multifamily. You know, let's walk that thought process of what made you do that because a lot of

W2 job. Yeah, absolutely. So to be fair, you know, I try to stay focused and not have that shiny
