1:05.1	Let's jump into your story, Ryan. Not everyone does what you do. You just left your career,
1:09.3	corporate career, and decided to go into multifamily. You know, let's walk that thought process of what made you do that because a lot of
1:15.7	students have said, it looks like I'm looking over a cliff and I'm jumping off that cliff leaving my
1:20.0	W2 job. Yeah, absolutely. So to be fair, you know, I try to stay focused and not have that shiny
