0:31.4	common myths about cash value, whole life insurance that we hear quite often. It's a lot of different
0:41.0	questions and subject matter that often gets confused. And if you're doing research online,
0:47.1	you're probably going to find a lot of different answers for these questions. So we wanted to
0:52.9	hop on the 100 year real estate investor podcast today and bust some of these

1:04.8	And you know, what we do can be so nuanced and people can grasp on to a concept and think that concept
