0:28.3	always has been interesting to me. You know, I go to some of these conferences with family offices,
0:33.3	and there's always these weird and interesting asset classes that, you know, look at and say,

0:39.4	How come I haven't heard of this before?
0:41.2	So I wanted to bring Jay on to talk about this asset class, which is litigation financing.

0:48.1	Well, you're not alone because most people are not familiar with it.

0:54.9	invest in this. So by the way, Jay is from Lexshare. So Jay, can you tell us a little bit about
1:00.1	your background? Jay Greenberg, Chief Executive Officer of Lex Shares. Lex Shares is a commercial
1:06.8	litigation finance firm that I co-founded in 2014. Prior to founding the firm, I was an investment
1:13.7	banker at Deutsche Bank, so I specialized in mergersid acquisitions and debt and equity underwriting,
