The Man the Myth of Legend, Adam Labar.

Adam is a veteran.

He has been, he worked with us on the Skillbridge program,

and he has about 10 million invested

passively in deals. And then he's actively a part of 10 million dollars in real estate as well.

Welcome to the show. Adam, how are you doing today? Doing fantastic. Mike, thank you very much.

Appreciate, appreciate you having me on. Yeah, absolutely. I think everyone kind of has their

crazy start in real estate. And I think you investing in your first deal we're talking offline is a

very interesting, not traditional path. And I think it would be a ton of value to our listeners.

If you kind of highlight how you got started in commercial real estate.

All right.

Yeah.

So it was a long path.

I spent about three or four years in just straight education, trying to figure out what I wanted to do and understand real estate.

And I finally, I guess it was about five years ago now, maybe six years ago, something like that, got

into the Wooro Profits program, which was awesome.

And I was found around like-minded, like-hearted folks that were looking to do it.

And I finally bought my first property, which was a 62 unit apartment.

And I was living out in Japan at the time because I was a, my wife and I being Air Force folks,

that's where the government decided to have us.
