So today we're talking with Carter Malloy.

Glad to have you on the show here. It's been too long. trying to get you on for a while now, but glad to have you.

So, Carter, tell us a little bit about your background.

I grew up here in Arkansas where I currently live in a farming family.

And then we'll see, did science in school, did a dozen years of investing with an investment bank and then an investment fund.

In the background, I've been buying and selling land and farmlands specifically and really loved

it.

Sort of had this passion.

It's in my bones, I guess, and it's a bad addiction.

But it was having really fascinating financial outcomes, but pretty difficult transaction experiences.

And so ultimately, visiting with my dad, as I do most days, about the business of

farming and land and tossing around ideas of how we could make this a professional, what we were

doing. At the same time, I had friends that were asking to invest in land as well, so see

natural to build an investment platform. And that's my quick background. More interestingly,

is the company's background, which is about four and a half years old
