Hey, Kirk, good morning again. It's becoming a pattern. You know, we'd be hanging out so much lately.

Hopefully your wife doesn't start asking questions, Doug. She might. Don't ask, don't tell. Anyway, let's just get cracking at it. So this week, we had the, well, actually last week, because it was coming out on Wednesday, Federal Reserve raised

interest rates by 75 basis points, so we're between 3 and 3 and a quarter percent, which is

not a surprise to anybody, but it's still higher. And obviously, the trend is in that direction.

So, Doug, when you see the rates rise, 75 basis points, kind of like, what comes to mind for you?

Well, I'll tell you what comes to mind. It came right out of Powell's mouth. I think he invoked

Volker's name four times and eight minutes. And that tells you, tells you what he's focused on.

The takeaway from Jackson Hole that I got not only from my own interpretation, but listening

to some experts out there that include Bob Stein of First Trust and some other really solid
