Let's get this kicked off. Tell us a little bit about your real estate background, how you got

started, the family business, and all that good stuff. Yeah, man. Yeah, I was, I got started by accident.

Many of your listeners were probably, they may remember a guy named Carlton Sheets who, uh, yes. Yeah, old school. Used to have the,

uh, lots of late night infomercials. And I actually, uh, was in the other family business,

which was grocery arbitrage, grocery diverting, uh, brokerage firm. And I was in Denver. I could not sell my home back in Tennessee

because it was a very particular special kind of property, lots of land, old, you know,
