1:00.0 | And a lot of times, the reasoning for that is because people often believe that just because they quote unquote can't control themselves around certain foods that they're just not capable of intuitive eating. |
1:15.2 | And so I think that it would help to just outline what intuitive eating actually is and |

1:25.6 | understanding I think we can just clear the air and I think you know the |
1:30.8 | objective is always to come from a place of more self-awareness and not, you know, a lot of times, it's easy to say things to fit a certain narrative, but if it's not actually the truth, then we're just believing something, |
1:46.0 | we're believing a misconception, we're using that as an excuse to fall into old habits and old patterns. We often hear this conversation of like |
1:56.4 | macros versus intuitive eating and I think that really misses the point. They're |

2:06.4 | It is they both have a time and a place. |

2:10.7 | And it's really about having the skill set to do both and use either one as it fits your lifestyle and your goals. |
