So you might know, we did an interview a while back on Instagram Live, a name's Catherine

Schwarzenegger Pratt, and for the last few months she and headspace studios have been working

on a new podcast called The Gift of Forgiveness.

Here's a quick preview.

Hi, I'm Catherine Schwarzenegger Pratt.

Like many of you, I was taught about forgiveness as a kid.

I was told it was easy.

You say, I forgive you, and that's it.

You'd forgiven.

But life doesn't work like that.

Woo, you're taking me back to a really hard time.

Let me tell you the story, how it happened.

A few years ago, I embarked on a journey to find out what forgiveness really is, what

it consists of.

I talked with people who were able to forgive actions that most of us would consider

to be unforgivable.

In that crash, my wife, who was carrying our five-month developing son that we were so

excited to have, she was killed instantly.

You hate me, I hate you more, and I felt like somehow we were equal, because now I hate

them too.

It was literally the worst experience of my life, and I wouldn't wish that on anyone.
