this year and I'm not even going to lie. I did not have everything figured out to start

with. I was just going with my gut. In fact, one of the first things I did, which in hindsight

seems a little crazy, was to offer 200 women across the country and not just across the

country, but I'm talking about I talked to women in Europe, in Kenya, in Canada. When

I offered 200 women a free half hour career coaching session with me, I had really no

idea what my endgame was there. I just knew that I was eager to talk to y'all. I wanted

to sit across from women out there working in this world and hear what kinds of questions

y'all have, what you're going through, not just during the pandemic, but in your professional

lives. What career goals you have, what challenges you're facing, and these conversations have

been some of the most eye-opening moments of 2021 for me. Now, when I set out to offer

this free career coaching, like I said, I didn't really have a game plan. I just saw it

as a way of paying it forward and saying thank you to all my followers who've supported
