Summary

Reeves Johnson left his job one day in February 1983 and disappeared. The police initially thought Reeves may be in the area but just out of contact with his family. When his family staked out Reeves’s PO Box, they saw a strange man access his box. Reeves’s mother snapped a picture of the man–the strongest piece of evidence in the case–but when she developed the film, she learned the man was slicker than she expected.
