Today, I'm chatting with Heath Degert, who is a former business coach of mine and current

friend.

Heath had a very successful career in the tech industry before finding his passion for

executive coaching and leadership coaching several years ago.

He's personally worked with Fortune 100 CEOs, Aalus celebrities, and he and his team

of coaches working under him at the Degert group have worked with dozens of household

name brands like Etna, John Deere, Whole Foods, BMW, Adidas, all on executive coaching.

I started working with him two and a half to three years ago, and he has had the biggest

influence on the way that I work of anyone I've ever met.

He's also had a really big influence on me as a person, just in watching the integrity

that he has and how he thinks about different things, he's had a really, really big impact

on my whole life.
