This is one of those topics where when we heard this story about this principle being abused

by this friend executive of ours.

We just both looked each other and I just remember it.

We didn't say it, but telepathically I knew you were saying, like,

you're kidding me, right?

It's one of those things.

Yeah, everybody knows that, right?

Yeah, we were with an executive recently

and we were told a story about a fellow executive

where you know, there was basically dime dropping going on and there are just some things that you

know I learned it as a young second lieutenant I actually remember yeah I bet you

do I bet you do. I bet you do.

Yeah, so this cast is about requiring as a manager,

requiring your directs to brief one another.

You can call it an internal prewire, which is the name of this cast but to brief one another before

They tell you as the boss that a fellow direct didn't do something.

We call that dropping a dime.

But basically, you don't do that.

You don't sit in front of your boss and tell your boss that one of your peers didn't do something because
