And so it's dramatic when it does happen

that there could be a little bit of a civil war

between a direct and a boss and people might feel like the direct has

some justification because he's friends with his coworkers or she's friends with the team and so there's a lot of back channel and

gossip and so on. Well we're gonna get to it but they but the key point he said

is there may be a civil war right and yeah in the vast majority cases,

it doesn't turn out to be so, but.
