| 1:14.7 | Insulin in the medical literature is referred to as anti-lippeletic. |
| 1:19.4 | That means that it's anti-fat burning. |
| 1:22.5 | So if you have high levels of insulin, it's going to be very hard for you to access your stored body fat. |
| 1:28.1 | So you want to have low levels of insulin. So we keep insulin low by not having our brain think |
