Welcome back to the podcast, Shaligators.. Well today I was trying to think of a mantra for us.

I'm like, hmm, the themes of both of the questions that we tackle or more than one question, whatever.

And I really couldn't find one that encompasses both of the topics that we're going to talk about.

And I thought, you know what, why am I forcing my mantra on these young ladies?

I think, because it's the end of the year and we're

going to be talking about the next year, what's coming next to the future, we're

looking to the future with so much hope in our eyes, struggling and stretching to get there, I want you

guys to come up with a mantra that works for you. And you can take a minute or two, you can pause

this podcast and think about it. The mantra that I need to hear this week for myself is

nobody cares. Nobody cares. I get very caught up in what people think and I get very caught up in what people

expected of me. And this is good. This is fueled a very tough, tenacious work ethic. It has fueled my career and I don't want to turn that off certainly

but it can be a slippery slope and I always get like this at the holidays and every December
